  • Serve as the day-to-day client lead, managing all aspects of the experiential activation from concept through execution
  • Act as a strategic partner to the client, understanding their brand objectives, conference goals, and regulatory environment
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, production, strategy) to translate healthcare messaging into an engaging, compliant, and on-brand experience
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction
  • Oversee development of conference materials, experience design, signage, and onsite logistics
  • Lead internal and external status meetings, keeping all stakeholders aligned and informed
  • Liaise with conference organizers and vendors to manage space, approvals, and event-specific requirements
  • Ensure all content and experiences comply with healthcare regulations and client review processes (e.g., MLR, medical/legal/regulatory)

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Veeva and familiarity with content submission, review, and approval workflows
  • 7+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a healthcare agency or regulated industry
  • Demonstrated success in leading experiential or conference-based programs
  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry nuances, including HCP and patient engagement strategies
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • Experience interfacing directly with clients and leading cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
